How to Reset your password from the Support Portal
By clicking the “Fix Network Account Login Issues” button on the main portal screen(https://support.bauer.com),
you will be brought to a page prompting for your email address as well as a captcha.
This page is the first step to resetting your password
Start by entering your Bauer/PAA email address into the first field and filling the captcha in the second field
The Next step will ask you if you forgot your password, or if you know your password but still can’t sign in ;
If you choose “I Forgot my password”, you will later be prompted to create a new password
If however, you select “I know my password, but still can’t sign in”, you will instead be prompted to simply unlock your account
Following your making your selection, you will be prompted for a Multi-Factor Authentication method, choose the method of your choice and complete.
Once you have completed that MFA portion, you will be prompted to answer your security questions.
