Using the New PAA Support Portal
There are a few ways to contact your new Bauer helpdesk; The preferred method is to go on the portal and report your issue / request your service.
The portal can be found at the following address:

Once on the portal page, you are greeted by a few choices, to open a ticket with the helpdesk, click on “Report an Issue”, you will be taken to the following page:
Please fill out the subject and description of your issue, as well as its level of impact on your ability to accomplish your work. Attach any file or image that can help us resolve the issue promptly by clicking the “Attach a file” button.
Please note that if you are in a situation where you cannot access the Helpdesk portal, you may send an email to the following address:

If you have forgotten your password to access your computer, you can ask a colleague to let you use the portal on his computer and reset your password from there. By clicking the “Reset your Password” button on the main portal screen, you will be brought to a reset page prompting for your email address as well as a captcha.
The Next step will ask you if you forgot your password, or if you know your password but still can’t sign in
If you choose “I Forgot my password”, you will be prompted to create a new password
If however, you select “I know my password, but still can’t sign in”, you will instead be prompted to simply unlock your account
Following your entering this information, you will be prompted for a Multi-Factor Authentication method, choose the method of your choice and complete.
Once you have completed that MFA portion, you will be prompted to answer your security questions. After which you will be able to choose a new password:
